Campbells Win At The British Property Awards Adding To A Hat-Trick Of Awards In 2025

We’re delighted to announce that Campbells Estate Agents have won The British Property Award for Daventry 2025, making this our third major award win this year.

Earlier in 2025, we proudly picked up several awards at the prestigious ESTAS – the UK’s biggest customer service awards for estate agents – followed by Two Gold Awards at The EA Masters, the leading industry event that recognises the very best agents across the country.

Now, being recognised once again by The British Property Awards is the icing on the cake.

The British Property Awards are widely respected for their fairness and independence. They don’t charge agents to enter. Instead, they mystery shop over 90% of local agents against a tough set of 25 service criteria, ensuring every award is judged purely on performance.

Robert McLean from The British Property Awards commented:

Our awards have been designed to ensure inclusivity and fairness. Any agent who wins has done so purely because of the fantastic customer service they deliver. Winning agents should be proud, as their service provides a benchmark for their local, regional and national competition.

As part of the judging process, the Campbells team were mystery shopped on several occasions — and the feedback was outstanding. From Rhian’s helpful call with a buyer planning a move within six months, to Amanda’s friendly support for a family relocating to Daventry, and Mark’s enthusiastic advice to a first-time buyer, every interaction was praised for professionalism and care. Even voicemail responses were noted as being prompt and reliable, showing the team’s commitment to customer service at every stage.

At Campbells, we’re incredibly proud of our team. Customer service has always been at the heart of our business, and to be recognised by three separate award bodies in one year shows the consistent hard work and dedication our team puts in for every client.

This is the part of buying a home that can feel like the longest, mostly because a lot happens that you cannot easily see. Here is what is actually going on.

Summer can be an excellent time to bring a property to the market.

It is a familiar, uncomfortable feeling: weeks pass, viewings slow down or stop, and it feels like nothing is happening. This is more common than most sellers realise, and there are usually identifiable reasons behind it.

Before you start scrolling property portals, it is worth understanding exactly what buying a home involves financially. It is not just the price on the listing. There are costs before you view a single property, and costs that only appear once you have had an offer accepted.
