at the prestigious ESTAS Customer Service Awards 2025.
The winners were announced by the countryโs favourite TV property presenter Phil Spencer at the Grosvenor House in London in front of 1,100 of the UKโs top property professionals.
The awards are powered by The ESTAS own customer review platform which recognises the best estate and letting agents for customer service based on service ratings from homemovers who have been through the whole moving experience with an agent. This yearโs results were calculated from over 300,000 customer review ratings.
Phil Spencer, who has hosted The ESTAS every year since their inception in 2003 addressed the live audience โAs someone whoโs had the privilege of hosting these Awards for over two decades, Iโve seen first-hand how The ESTAS can truly transform not just businessesโbut lives.

Estate and letting agents were recognised in regions and counties around the UK. National Grand Prix Awards were also announced for the Best Single Agent Office in the UK in sales and lettings.
